Checklist for K-1 Fiancé Visa Petition
 

  Form I-129F

  Form G-325A (one filled out by Hayley and one by Nathan)
  A color photo of Hayley (passport style*)
  A color photo of Nathan (passport style*)
  Fee (currently $170; double check at www.uscis.gov)
  Proof of the U.S. citizenship for Hayley (copies of every page of your passport including the student permit)
  A statement written by Hayley describing how you met
  Proof that the two of you have met within the last two years**
  Additional proof that the two of you truly intend to marry***

*Passport style photos - You must submit identical passport photos, 2 X 2 inches in size, taken within the past six months, showing your current appearance. They can be in color or black and white. Passport style means that the photo shows your full face from the front, with a plain white or off-white background and your face must measure between 1" and 1 3/8" from the bottom of your chin to the top of your head. **Proof of meeting in last two years - Look for documents that will illustrate your meetings. Documents from a neutral, outside source such as an airline or landlord are best. Some possibilities are:
